Who Is the Best Real Estate Agent in Bluffdale, UT?

If you're buying or selling in Bluffdale, UT, this question deserves a real answer, not a slogan. The best agent for you in Bluffdale isn't the one with the most yard signs. It's someone who knows this particular city: which streets feed which schools, how a half-acre horse property is priced differently from a townhome in Day Ranch, and how the new roads around the Point of the Mountain are changing commutes. Below is what I'd look for, along with an honest look at my own background so you can decide for yourself.

Why Bluffdale Buyers and Sellers Need a Local Specialist

Bluffdale is one of the most varied markets in the south valley. In the same city you'll find newer homes and townhomes in Independence at the Point and Day Ranch, established neighborhoods like Parry Farms and Bluffdale Heights, and acreage along Redwood Road where animal rights, irrigation shares and water rights can matter as much as square footage. That range is why the city's median sale price (about $619,000 for the three months ending August 2026, according to Redfin) can look so different from a single listing's price.

The market has also shifted. Homes are averaging about 44 days on the market, up from 23 a year ago, and Redfin now rates Bluffdale "somewhat competitive." In a market like this, pricing a home correctly and negotiating well matter more than ever, for both buyers and sellers.

Local details matter too. Jordan School District draws its boundaries by street, not by city limits. 14600 South is closed for the railroad underpass project until the spring of 2027. And the Mountain View Corridor opened a new freeway link along Bluffdale's west side in December 2025. An agent who works Bluffdale regularly will know these things before they affect your offer.

Experience and Credentials

  • Licensed since 2005: I've worked both sides of the transaction. For sellers, that means pricing, preparing and marketing the home. For buyers, it means everything from the first offer through a complicated negotiation.
  • Associate Broker since 2025 with Presidio Real Estate – River Heights.
  • ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation.
  • Member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR).

Involvement in the Industry

Beyond my own clients, I serve on three Salt Lake Board of Realtors committees: the Education Committee, the Government Affairs Committee and the Charity Committee. That work keeps me current on the rules, contracts and local policy that affect every Bluffdale transaction.

Who I Work With in Bluffdale

  • First-time buyers who are making their first step into homeownership. That often means a Day Ranch townhome or a newer home at Independence at the Point.
  • Step-up buyers who need more room, a bigger yard or a specific school as their family grows.
  • Empty nesters who want to downsize, or who want to trade a big house for a smaller home with less upkeep.
  • New construction buyers who want someone on their side when they're negotiating with a builder in Bluffdale's growing south end.
  • Horse property and acreage buyers and sellers. This is one of my specialties, and Bluffdale is where it matters most. Animal rights, lot size, outbuildings, irrigation and water rights all affect value, and they're easy to get wrong.

Rooted in the Community

In 2019, I co-founded the Danon Foundation. Since then, I've traveled across the U.S. and abroad educating physicians and families about Danon Disease. I also served for more than five years as Parent Association President at a small private school. Both have taught me how much a family's home, school and community are connected. That's how I approach every move.

Questions to Ask Any Bluffdale Agent

Whoever you hire, these are fair questions to ask before you sign anything:

  • How many homes have you helped buy or sell in Bluffdale recently?
  • How do you check which schools a specific Bluffdale address is assigned to?
  • What's the difference between buying in Independence at the Point, Day Ranch and the west-side acreage areas, and who tends to buy in each?
  • How do you value horse property, and how do you check animal rights and water rights?
  • Are you comfortable negotiating new construction contracts and builder incentives?
  • How are you pricing homes now that Bluffdale homes are staying on the market longer?
