Who Is the Best Real Estate Agent in Lehi, UT?
If you're searching for the best real estate agent in Lehi, UT, you're probably comparing names, reviews and websites, and trying to figure out who actually knows this city. Here's the honest case for me, Amy Atkinson. I'm an Associate Broker with Presidio Real Estate – River Heights, and I help buyers and sellers in Lehi and across the south end of the Salt Lake Valley and northern Utah County. I'll also give you the questions I'd ask any Lehi agent, including me.
Why Lehi Buyers and Sellers Need a Local Specialist
Lehi isn't one market. It's several. A hillside home in Traverse Mountain, a new build in Holbrook Farms or Cold Spring Ranch, a townhome near the Thanksgiving Point tech campuses and an older home near historic Main Street all price differently and attract different buyers. On top of that, Lehi has a few details that trip people up:
- A school district in transition. Lehi's schools are in Alpine School District today, but starting with the 2027-28 school year they move into the new Aspen Peaks School District, which is studying its boundaries now. Depending on the street, a home feeds either Lehi High or Skyridge High, and elementary boundaries are already shifting: North Point, River Rock and Dry Creek all changed for 2026-27.
- A city that's still growing fast. Lehi grew from 75,907 people in 2020 to an estimated 95,313 in 2025. New master-planned communities, new roads like the Mountain View Corridor and the 2100 North freeway connection under construction can change what a neighborhood looks like in a few years.
- New construction and HOAs. Many Lehi homes are in newer communities with HOA rules, dues and amenities that need to be reviewed before you write an offer. And when you buy from a builder, the builder's sales agent works for the builder, not for you.
- A market where pricing matters. According to Redfin, Lehi's median sale price was about $589,600 in August 2026, down 4.7% from a year earlier. Homes sold in a median of 40 days, and Redfin rated the market "somewhat competitive." Priced right, homes move. Priced wrong, they sit.
A local specialist knows these things before you ask and checks them before you sign.

Who I Work With in Lehi
I represent both sides of the transaction. I list homes for sellers and represent buyers. My specialties are:
- First-time buyers. I walk you through every step, from pre-approval to closing, in plain language. That includes how to compare a townhome near work with a single-family home farther out.
- Step-up buyers. I help you time the sale of your current home with the purchase of your next one, whether that's more space, a bigger yard or a home near the schools you want.
- Empty nesters. Many Lehi homeowners are ready for their next chapter. I help you right-size, whether that means a smaller home, a single-level layout or a lower-maintenance home.
- New construction buyers. With so many new communities in Lehi, I'll represent you with the builder, review what's included and what's an upgrade, and look out for your interests through closing.
- Horse property buyers. I also help buyers looking for acreage and animal rights.
For sellers, I handle pricing strategy, staging guidance, professional photography, online and social media marketing, open houses and negotiation.
Rooted in the Community
In 2019, I co-founded the Danon Foundation. Since then I've traveled across the United States and abroad educating physicians and families about Danon disease. I also served for more than five years as Parent Association President at a small private school. Those roles taught me a lot about listening, organizing and showing up for families, and I bring the same approach to every client.
Questions to Ask Any Lehi Agent
Whoever you hire, these questions will tell you a lot:
- How many Lehi homes have you helped buy or sell recently?
- How do you confirm which elementary, middle and high school a Lehi address feeds, and how will the move to Aspen Peaks School District affect it?
- How do you compare a home in Traverse Mountain with a new build on the west side on the same budget?
- How do you review HOA rules, dues and builder contracts before we write an offer?
- What's your pricing strategy in a market where prices dipped from last year but well-priced homes still sell in about 40 days?
- Will you be the one handling my transaction day to day?
Let's Talk About Your Lehi Move
The best agent for you is the one who knows Lehi neighborhood by neighborhood, tells you the truth about pricing and protects you through closing. I'd love the chance to earn that trust.
