• A market where pricing matters. According to Redfin, the median sale price in Saratoga Springs was about $499,100 in August 2026, up 5.3% from a year earlier. Homes sold in about 48 days, and Redfin rated the market "somewhat competitive." Priced right, homes move. Priced wrong, they sit.
