Amy Atkinson is an Associate Broker with Presidio Real Estate – River Heights and has been helping buyers and sellers navigate Utah real estate since 2005. With more than 20 years of experience and over $60 million in sales, Amy has built her business around taking care of her clients and making the real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Amy serves clients throughout the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas, including Riverton, Bluffdale, South Jordan, Herriman, Draper, Sandy, West Jordan, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, American Fork, and Eagle Mountain. Her local knowledge goes beyond the homes themselves. She understands the neighborhoods, schools, new construction, commutes, and the details that can make a big difference when choosing where to live.
For sellers, Amy creates a realistic pricing strategy based on current market data and comparable homes. She helps with home preparation and staging, professional photography, online and social media marketing, open houses, and negotiations designed to protect the seller's investment and net proceeds. Her goal is more than simply putting a sign in the yard — it's creating a thoughtful plan to get the home sold.
For buyers, Amy works with first-time homebuyers, growing families, empty nesters, and clients looking for horse property or acreage. She helps clients find the right home and community for their lifestyle while guiding them through new construction, contracts, financing, inspections, and negotiations.
With a background in real estate compliance, Amy brings a strong understanding of contracts and the details that can easily be overlooked. Clients appreciate her honest communication, quick response times, and commitment to keeping them informed throughout the transaction.
For Amy, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It's about people, relationships, and being there when clients are making some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether helping a family find their next home or helping a longtime client determine what comes next, Amy takes pride in being a trusted resource long after the transaction is complete.
Outside of real estate, Amy co-founded The Danon Foundation in 2019 and has traveled throughout the U.S. and internationally to help educate physicians and families about Danon Disease. She has also served as a Parent Association President for more than five years and serves on the Salt Lake Board of Realtors' Education, Government Affairs, and Charity Committees.
Whether buying a first home, selling a home that no longer fits, moving up, downsizing, or looking for property with more room to spread out, Amy Atkinson is ready to help.
