She guides empty nesters, seniors, and their adult children through every step: a no-pressure planning conversation, equity and buy-before-you-sell options, estate and title coordination with trusted attorneys, a step-by-step plan for downsizing belongings, and negotiating rent-backs and timelines so clients only move once. After the move, she stays in touch with annual home value reports, property tax reminders, and a vetted list of local help.
With a background in real estate compliance, Amy brings a strong understanding of contracts and the details that can easily be overlooked. Clients appreciate her honest communication, quick response times, and commitment to keeping them informed throughout the transaction.

Outside of real estate, Amy co-founded The Danon Foundation in 2019 and has traveled throughout the U.S. and internationally to help educate physicians and families about Danon Disease.
