She guides empty nesters, seniors, and their adult children through every step: a no-pressure planning conversation, equity and buy-before-you-sell options, estate and title coordination with trusted attorneys, a step-by-step plan for downsizing belongings, and negotiating rent-backs and timelines so clients only move once. After the move, she stays in touch with annual home value reports, property tax reminders, and a vetted list of local help.
With a background in real estate compliance, Amy brings a strong understanding of contracts and the details that can easily be overlooked. Clients appreciate her honest communication, quick response times, and commitment to keeping them informed throughout the transaction.
For Amy, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It's about people, relationships, and being there when clients are making some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Outside of real estate, Amy co-founded The Danon Foundation in 2019 and has traveled throughout the U.S. and internationally to help educate physicians and families about Danon Disease. She has also served as a Parent Association President for more than five years and serves on the Salt Lake Board of Realtors' Education, Government Affairs, and Charity Committees.
